Time to start
thinking about the Christmas pud! At the Pudding Lane stall
you’ll find Australia's finest range of hand-made puddings, all
boiled in the
cloth and hung to dry and mature in preparation for Christmas.
These moist rich puddings are made with the highest grade dried fruits,
fresh
breadcrumbs freshly cracked eggs, melted fresh butter and a magic touch
of
Barossa Brandy. All these ingredients are combined by hand and individually
weighed out into pudding cloths by hand (no two puddings are the same
shape)
and then boiled in old fashioned "coppers" for between 5 - 14
hours before being
hung (with pegs) to dry and mature and ready just in time to enjoy.
Choose from a variety of puddings: a traditional Christmas pudding, a
Macadamia
and Brandy Pudding (very Australian) a Low Fat pudding (suitable for Diabetics)
